June 26th- Pinball Scavenger Hunt

That's right, a pinball scavenger hunt. It's gonna be a blast. Each item will be boints based determined by the difficulty of finding/achieving the given item. Each thing will need to be photo documented. I am going to look into the possibility of getting/renting polaroids or we may have to settle with personal digital cameras/camera phones. Anyway that does not matter at this time. It will most likely be a team event, I am thinking 2 per team. It will also be an all day event, so you can either take your time, or try your best to get them all. Right now I have 50 different things, I hope to have 200+ maybe. More details to come!

Re: cameras, Polaroid film is becoming quite expensive and increasingly difficult to find. Depending on the model of the camera, film can cost anywhere from $0.50-$2.00 per exposure. If it's cool with you, I'll just stick with my Graflex.

Yeah, my fear was that they were getting too expensive. I was thinking I could set up a flickr account or something that we could all load our photos to at the end of the day.

Are they all going to be physical items that have been planted, or are some of them scores to obtain and stuff?
maybe I don't know how scavenger hunts work (I grew up on mars!)....

All kinds of things could happen, some will be scores, some will be achievements, some you will have to be played, some will need to be performed, others may have to be found. Skill is not needed nor will it help you win. You will just have to be there!

i did a hunt where one of the items was to get a nipple imprint in peanut butter. lots of fun for a 15 year old!

Whats the overall thoughts on this. I have completely forgot about it. I do have a number of 'things' to find but haven't really put a whole lot of planning into it.
