external pinball map site

ROM, Orbit, Multiball– can we somehow link up with this? is this a good engine for updating the global pinball map? haven’t contacted them yet, but maybe we should collaborate. everybody check it out, and let’s see if we can get the handful of internet pinball mapper types to put their heads together and get something really useful up and running.

side note– if anyone happens to find themselves in multnomah village (SW, off terwilliger exit from I-5, a whole block of quaint shops including a jazz record store, thai food, bakery and some other stuff people go to) there’s a cool bar called The Ship there on 35th, off Multnomah, with a pristine POTC. I put up a modest 340mil GC and 250 #1. That machine is set up exactly as I would want ALL machines to be, as a reference. It’s lovely.

Thanks. I’ll check this out. I saw this map a few weeks ago, but didn’t look at it very closely. But I don’t remember why I didn’t. It’s looks pretty solid.

Nice scores. You should play the POTC at Beulahland. I think you’ll like how it plays. Multiball and I have scores on it, but my 75m 4th place (was 1st at the time) will not last long, and it would be fun if we could push OOO’s 3rd place off of it ;)
The new GC is, I think, 120m or so. I’m up for going there tonight, if you are.

Also, Message Board is almost up and running (thanks to Multiball). We’ll configure it and then make an announcement soon.

That map is cool. The one ROM is working on is already far superior. I think we should get in touch with them and at least share info, or maybe collaborate in the future.
