5/7 Billy Ray’s Thursday Tourney

All the machines are dialed in, Batman: Dark Knight has replaced Scared Stiff. Soprano’s, Monster Bash, Medieval Madness, and Attack From Mars finish out the line-up. New pay-outs are going to be in place. The top 3 finishers will win their money back and then some. The start time is being changed to 7:00 with not much of a grace period for those running late. Sorry for the inconveniences, LET ME KNOW IF YOU WILL BE 5 MIN LATE. Once again, same set-up, single game double elimination with no extra balls. Hope to see you all there.
P.S. Eric has won the last two events!

played the games over the weekend and got a few games in again today.
all feel pretty good, but there are a few issues. the lock shot is malfunctioning again on AFM– i had it working on one game, 2nd game it worked for 1st multiball then wouldn’t register on additional mb’s, 3rd game game compensated for shots, the lock diverter didn’t work but it awarded locks the first time through, 2nd time it would allow you to light all 3 locks, stacked, but not collect any. power cycling didn’t fix it.
monster bash did it’s wacky thing with frank, where he stopped registering shots; then he went up, and you could shoot the ramp to your heart’s content, but shots wouldn’t spot body parts. power cycled and frank came down, played one game where frank shots spotted body parts, and after that he was finicky. needless to say it’s a drag when he’s stuck down and you accidentally start your multiball with nothing else running, but that’s better than not being able to collect frank and get to monster bash or further.
the safe was not registering on sopranos on saturday.
the right flipper on MM is noticeably weaker than the left, but you can still make the peasant ramp with a hard, direct shot.
batman is in great shape and fairly difficult, much more so than when it was at GD.

those games weren’t dialed in, they were dialed different. as in, everything playing different than wednesday, and the weekend before, and the week before that, but the AFM locks still not working, previously working joker lock rarely working, weirdly loopable frank ramp, sopranos stugots lock standup catapult, and MM center shot hooker drain.

really, I didn’t notice anything other than Soprano’s which happens on a lot of the games and Frank. AFM lock worked for me on 4 separate games and BDK Joker lock was never an issue and I never notice a center shot drain on MM.

how many multiballs per game did you play on AFM? did you not hear each and every player on batman in the early rounds comment on the shots bouncing out of the joker lock? everything was “working” intermittently; is that dialed in? not by MY lofty early-elimination standards!

I GC’ed that batman on my first game. The joker lock wasn’t a big deal. BOTTOM LINE: all you jokers missing the joker lock are playing pinball wrongly.
